Last September 11, we inaugurated the seventh dining hall at El Pueblito neighborhood, where we will serve 450 children, providing the food required for their adequate growth. We will also serve women who are head of households, providing them training programs. Also with our Social and Development Committee we will carry out surveys of the real needs of these families in order to develop programs to strengthen healthy family relationships, minimize family violence and allow them the possibility of organizing their future with values, responsibility and schooling.
Nutrir, social entity in Barranquilla, with its integral attention program that includes an adequate caloric intake, family training, psychological attention, preventive attention and social support to the families, with its key program of nutritional recovery, WISHES TO EXTEND ITS THANKS TO THE RESIDENTS for their generous contribution, trust and for being part of our foundation; this will allow our Barranquilla to become a place where hunger (and its consequences) will be a thing of the past because “Where there is Bread, there is Peace!”
